Seed analysis: playing 13o00t
KeenGamer lists 13o00t as the fast boss-progression seed: the first five traditional bosses all within roughly 3.4 km. Our preview partially endorses the claim — Eikthyr ~1.2 km, the Elder ~2.2 km, Bonemass ~4.4 km — while stretching the outer steps: Moder ~5.9 km, Yagluth ~6.6 km. Where the two tables agree is on the front: this is a quick-start world whose first two altars are among the closest of the new batch. Where they diverge is a reminder that scan tables and approximate engines measure different things.
Spawn and the first days
The opening has one distinguishing feature that shows in both tables: an ocean-heavy circle — 55.7% in our preview, the highest water share in this new batch. That makes the seed's compressed boss front genuinely remarkable: a world that is mostly sea still fits five altars within walking-and-short-sail range of spawn. Expect an island-hopper's opening: Meadows apron, tight Black Forest at 6.5%, and the sense that every landmass is an island with a purpose.
Resources and progression
Lean and swampy: Swamp 8.9% is the best-funded row, Mountain 8.6% is fair, and Black Forest 6.5%, Plains 5.5% and Mistlands 5.0% are rationed. 47 previewed dungeons is the lowest count in the new batch, so dungeon-bound materials (burial chambers especially) deserve early marking. The practical read: the seed's wealth is positioning, not acreage. Iron flows well, bronze takes planning, and the plains era will feel like rationing — plan black-metal alternatives early.
The boss route
The community table (five bosses ≤3.4 km) and our preview agree through the Elder, diverge after. What both support: the front half of this campaign is the fastest documented start of the new batch, and the back half is rim-standard (Queen ~9.5 km, Fader ~9.5 km in our preview). Treat the seed as a sprint-to-Plains world: by the time biomes spread out, your portal network should already exist, because the ocean share means every later step is a genuine voyage.
Traders and shopping
Haldor previews at ~2.4 km — karve-era, unremarkable, functional. On an ocean-heavy world the fishing rod purchase ages particularly well: ocean bounty scales with water share, and this seed has more water than anything else we added this cycle. Buy the Megingjord early, the rod early-ish, and let the fish pay for the boar-meat shortage that a 5.5% plains share implies.
Base spots and who it suits
Build small and coastal: on a seed this watery, the best bases are harbor towns, and the compressed boss front means a modest central hall plus portal spokes beats any grand inland capital. Suits speedrun specialists, solo players who measure progress in altars-per-hour, and groups who enjoy ferry logistics as gameplay rather than chore. If the water budget annoys you, QaSMR7ne5d is the same sprint with more land; if you want the sprint concentrated even harder at the start, 1k7md8 is the record-holder.
Community coverage: this seed's reputation is documented in the roundup lists at KeenGamer . Community claims were cross-checked against those write-ups before our own preview — including where the 1.0 generation disagrees with older maps.
The preview facts and distances quoted above are produced by our own approximate engine at build time — the same seed always draws the same map here, but treat every number as a rough guide, not in-game data. World generation can shift between game versions, and a seed documented before 1.0 may lay out differently after the update.
